Describe the bug
Enabling the ‘show icon’ option extends the size of the Cast Bar inconsistently, making the icon look giant.
If you could add the option to show the icon at the top or bottom it would also be great.

Steps to reproduce
Activating the ‘Show Icon’ option using the new ‘Orientation’ Bottom to Top option.
