I would like that my Runes on my DK are sorted and that they give u a visual hint, if they are fully loaded.

Describe the implementation

At the Moment every rune is calculated on its own. But i would like to have the option, that they sort itself, like every rune full runes is to the left and runes that are currently "loading" are going to the right, in the order the time they need to get ready.

If they are full, they could light up or change color, just for better visualization.
