[Bug] Edit Mode issues with Scaling enabled

Describe the bug

Heya,
since one of the latest update, whenever i attempt to move a frame in edit mode (same issue with entering coordinates manually) it jumps to the bottom left screen corner after being let go.

This only happens when the "Use Scaling" Checkbox is activated (i use 2x)

I assume this is an issue with the coordinates not lining up with the actual UI scaling.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set your Cell scale to 2x
  2. Attempt to move for example the player frame
  3. Watch it snap to the corner/offset by half a screen

I'll push a hotfix to fix scaling issues when scale is set to >= 2.

But this does appear to be a bug on Cell's PixelPerfect lib. Since whenever the scale is set to >= 2, it will return wrong values when trying to scale "1". I suggest you make a bug report to their dev.
