Describe the bug

When setting Dummy Anchor be it the auto filled elvui or anything else, and enabling them, upon exporting inc ell its not saving this info to the string

Steps to reproduce

Make a layout with dummy anchors
export in cell
reset cuf, be it erase or wtf purge, dealer choice
import cell
observe dummy anchors are default and disabled now
(as a side note the disable blizzard frames does the same thing)

BugSack

This is intended, since the Dummy Anchors aren't a layout specific setting but a CUF specific setting.
It is in the backlog to work out a better profile/layout change for CUF in the future, which would resolve this, so I'll be closing this issue for now.
