Describe the feature

There is an Option for the Power Bar of Player or Target to use the Power Filter Settings by Cell. I would love to have that Option aswell for the Power Text. Cause I only display the % Value but only wanna see that on Healers and Stuff. Not the Energy Value of my Rouge :)

Describe the implementation

A Tick Box with "Use Cell Power Filter" in the Power Text Widget Menu, like there is for the Power Bar.
