[Bug] Name text is showing Unknown for

Describe the bug
No LUA error, but as of 1.4.64, names without a custom nickname (Details or otherwise) are showing up as "Unknown" for name text, no matter what format is selected.
Player frame is fine, but Target is affected, as well as target of target.
Steps to reproduce
Just target something that you don't have a nickname set up for.
