Describe the bug

Widgets panel doesn't scroll down all the way, leaving "Highlight" 25% concealed.
Clicking a widget takes you to the top of the widgets panel

Pixel settings if this may be an issue

Steps to reproduce

/cell opt -> layouts -> player -> widgets -> scroll down

So I haven't been able to reproduce this issue, but I've tried to push a potential fix for it. If it doesn't work could I get you to enable Use Scaling and see if that resolves it? You don't have to change your Cell scale for this test.
