Describe the bug

When hovering the cursor over buffs/debuffs on player or target unit frame only certain aura tooltips get shown. The ones that show a tooltip are mostly longer duration buffs or no duration buffs. Sometimes they show the wrong aura when hovering. There also seems to be an issue with already expired aura icons still showing up or duplicate auras showing

Steps to reproduce

Log onto high level char, e.g. druid on MoP with default CUF profile or custom profile. enable player/target frames and corresponding buffs/debuffs. apply a few auras, change forms a few times, buffs, hots etc. hover over them.
