You want the player and target frame centered, but with mouse its not 100% centered?
This addon centers the PlayerFrame and TargetFrame, also with or without a gap

Settings
You can change gap and height of the frames in
ESC -> Interface -> Addons -> Centered Unitframes -> GAP/HEIGHT
