Most Recent Version: v1.2.0 - Added in a small icon by the minimap that can be dragged around. Clicking this icon will hide and show the Chat Assistant frame. Also added in a "/" command to hide and show the icon. For "/" commands type '/chatassist help'.
Welcome to Chat Assistant, a chat addon that assists you in finding specific keywords or phrases in the WoW global channels! With this addon, finding groups for dungeons and raids in WoW classic, or hunting down that specific item you want to buy in trade chat, becomes much easier. This addon will filter out all of the messages that don't pertain to what you are looking for based on the custom keywords and phrases you tell it to search for.
To pull up the main window for the addon, type '/chatassist' or '/chatassistant' in the game's main chat window. For a few other commands built in with the addon, type '/chatassist' help. The main window can also be resized by holding the 'SHIFT' key and the 'Left Mouse Button' while clicking on the frame.
