Bid-by-whisper shows wrong bid value in UI feedback

Describe the bug
When bidding by whisper, the bid goes through OK but the feedback in chat as well as pop-up box shows bid value as 0 rather than whatever was bid.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have ML initiate an auction
  2. Bid by whisper (!bid 10)
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Feedback message in chat and popup should show the correct bid value
