Would really like loot history costs to be linked into point history.

For point history to truly reflect the history of points it should, by name, also show expenditure of points.

Loot history functions well by showing where loot went but it shouldn't take looking between both lists to understand the total history of where someone's points went.

They are still stored separately but fed together to common UI as per #327
