I'd like the ability to freeze or lock a player's dkp so no dkp adjustments occur to their character(s) when doing whole-roster/raid operations. It can be annoying to avoid a small number of people when trying to make changes that would otherwise affect most of a roster. Automatically skip applying dkp changes to anyone who is frozen (and log it in the ledger entry?).

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the ability to toggle a flag for a character (linked characters would be toggled together) on a roster. Add a filter in the standings window for frozen characters to show only frozen characters to easily find/manage frozen characters. Add a roster config option to (dis)allow dkp spending while character is flagged as frozen.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Click everyone on the roster except those you don't want to adjust, but that is prone to misclicking and tedious with larger rosters. I don't really have another good idea to handle this.
