To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Demote player to untrusted rank
2. Player can still create events and player still advertises

Expected behavior
Player cannot create events and stop advertising.

AddOn and Game Version:

• v0.3.9

Workaround:
Demoted player needs to do /reload afterwards or should be quild-kicked instead of demoted and then reinvited.

Defering since we don't have any option to affect it.
