CLM dynamic Item values doesnt account for proper ilvl in retail. That is because we Access it through GetItemValue with Item id. This will make GetItemInfo return invalid info.
This results in invalid tooltip and Auction values population for heroic and mythic difficulties.

Changing this will however affect how Item value overrides work and needs to be accounted for.
