Tooltips are not context sensitive, for example:

This will remove the selected players, are all players if none selected, from the roster

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally I'd see contextual information:

This will remove ALL players from the roster
This will remove players X, Y and Z
This will remove n players from the roster
