Describe the bug
4.3.1 and 4.3.0 sync function is broken. Had to have entire raid revert to 4.2.3 in order to get sync working again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Update from 4.2.3 to 4.3.1
2. Guild members can no longer sync DKP tables. All DKP values are wiped for non-officers.
