Custom equations for EPGP dynamic item values

Is your request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to be able to specify my own custom equation to be used by EPGP for dynamic item values, as the current ones aren't great fpr cata.
Describe the solution you'd like
A "custom" dropdown option under equations.
A free text field where I can type in an equation using variables like ilvl etc.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Not sure which nice alternatives there are besides hardcoding in my own and distributing the addon to everyone.
Additional context
I figured it is a bit of a big request, so I looked into adding it myself. I am new to Lua and making wow addons so it's not super clean or efficient but I will put up a PR off this issue number. Hopefully you can adapt it to suit your requirements/setup in time for cata classic release.
I made them ilvl, quality, and slot_multiplier as those were the only ones I could think would make sense.
