A proposed solution to handling item overrides is to use ilvl instead of item link for overrides to not store whole link. This should actually work

• Add option to add it through UI (oh god it should be there for ages now)
• Add ilvl support to override and check if we can restore overriding automatically in auction with it when using dynamic
