I have to manually enter the number when I want to raise my bid, which takes time and sometimes I run out of time before finishing typing.

I want to add have a button that increments your current bid by +1 or +5 from the top bid. It works similar to the All In button but only increments a smaller amount

what is the name of the setting and which screen is it on?

I suspect it's "auto-update bid value" - but it says "open auction only". In this case, what is the difference between an open auction and a closed auction?
