Describe the bug

when trying to cast adaptive swarm using CTRL-2 (or other binds as well, straight-up 2 does the same thing) I get an error on the screen 'you can't use that here' and the spell doesn't cast. I can click on the spell in the spellbook and it casts as expected. I've tried different binds with the same results. Not sure what I'm doing wrong/missing.

This is due to Blizzard's new "Self Cast Key" feature. If you set it to "None" it should resolve your issue.

You'll find this in the Combat tab in the interface options.
