Binding targets
Binding targets determine which target to use for the binding, the unit frame targe tallow you to hover over a unit frame to cast, whereas macro targets use a priority system that can be fully customized

Global bindings
Global bindings are shared across all characters, whereas profile specific bindings are (by default) shared per class
Macro conditions
Macro conditions which can change the action a binding performs, even while in combat
Load conditions
Load conditions can dynamically bind and unbind a key while not in combat, activate a keybinding only when a specific talent is selected, you're in a raid, or even when a specific player is in your group
Bind mouse buttons
The left and right mouse button can be used to cast on unit frames

Choose from automated quick-starts, bind spells, items, or other commonly used actions
Extra functionality
Not all functionality is enabled by default, for example, assigned abilities can be shown in tooltips when hovering over a target

Using macro conditions, complex cast behavior can be created between bindings assigned to the same key
Cast bindings simultaneously
As long as the target spell or item is not on the GCD, they can be cast at the same time using action groups
