Describe the bug
Talent selected Load condition not working on non english locale.
First of all I cant just write talent in russian language. When i try there is no OK button to confirm what i wrote. So when I re-open /clicked window there will be a thing that was here before.
If i try to use it as intended, start writing and choose from list below it don't work because it looks for english name of the talent(if try to start writing talent name in russian talent list doesnt appear)
And if I try to make it load when specified talent is not loaded it loads bind if talent is selected (on screenshot u can see talent window and the talent that is specified is the most bottom left one)
When i try to do the same thing on EU realm it works properly

Set wow to non-english locale(I was testing only english and russian)
Try making a keybind with talent load condition.
