I would like my keybindings to load whilst I'm in a vehicle. For example, one of my key bindings is to leave a vehicle (as part of a macro that can kick passengers out), and I would like to use that rather than bind 'leave vehicle'.

The feature list contains 'Automatically unload and unlock keybinds while in a vehicle' — but if there is a way to disable this functionality, please let me know.

Currently there's no option to disable this behavior, ideally I'd like this to be available on a per-binding level but I haven't gotten there yet

make sure your bars for 1-5 are clear and set the binds for 1-5, when you get into a situation where those buttons are needed they're available.

I've not been able to make vehicle buttons work as I don't see any load options for it. Does anyone know a workaround? I wanted to try @jermoo's solution above, but I can't find a vehicle to sit in to test it.
