Unable to select druid form macro condition

Describe the bug
Im feral druid 51 lvl. Trying select form for this spell (mangle)(cat)
it is not possible, dropdown box is not shown.
have learned 4 forms (dire bear, aqua, cat, travel)
Clicked Version
1.16.4 from curseforge for Classic SoD
World of Warcraft Flavor
Wow Classic SoD
Tried with only Clicked enabled
