Talent Load Condition doesn't want to work properly with BM Hunter.

Describe the bug
It's only supposed to load if I have withering fire, but you can see I'm Pack Leader
Similarly, it won't load if I tell it to load with a Pack Leader node like Pack Assault or Vicious Hunt.

Reproduction Steps
I think it's self explanatory. I have not tested it with other specs or classes, but I'm specifically having issues with BM Hunter.

Nevermind again. I don't know. It's loading when I have it set to Pack Assault in load conditions but I'm Dark Ranger right now.. Stupid friends are rushing me to run a key so I can't provide more elaborate stuff right now.
