Ace libs in addon are outdated as of pre-8.1 patch.

It would appear that while the Ace libs packages were dated newer upon review, no actual changes were made to the code therein. the only real change was done to LibDbIcon and libstratafix written by the paste author for Interface 6.x. It may not even be necessary now, but there is no interest in unwarranted rewrites of any part of Paste code if it isn't broken.
