I cannot move or hide the frame for example.

Really? WOW that's odd... That addon is super duper basic so I'm a bit surprised. I'll have to take a look at it.

Out of curiosity. You do know that the addon is not meant to be permanently installed right? Meaning it's supposed to be installed and turned on, you save your CVars and then turn it off. When you need to restore your CVars you just enable the addon again. This is mostly for debugging purposes when installing addons like ElvUI or others that cause a lot changes to CVars that are used by the WOW client. A safe way to store your CVars and then revert when you need to uninstall or something.

What exactly is wrong with it? Does it not load? Is it just a TOC Out of Date issue? (You can make it load out of date addons). Is it not downloading the CVars correctly? A few more details would be great :)
