I've had this issue for a long time, but intermittently, when opening the main DeathNote window to check on deaths, it freezes up the game and essentially means I have to crash the game and restart it.

Same issue, usually when scolling

Actually I've spend hours trying to figure out why wow hungs on opening large death log, but I've failed 😅 The best solution I can suggest - limit the number of lines in death log (500 is okay for my pc; you have to find your number by yourself):

Just as a side note, I recently moved over to playing on Linux, PopOS specifically, and haven't had any crashes with DN at all. Probably doesn't help but interesting to note.

I have the same problem also i think most times it is when i cam try to scroll through the log.
Is there anything we can log somehow to provide informations on what happens?

So i have tryed it now five times because after a crahs i have a state with "old" entries where i get it crashing again and keep the "old" entries.
When i use the side bar to "scroll" by clicking with the mouse it gets a bit laggy some time but never crashes!
But when i started using mymousewheel to scroll the death log it instantly ALWAYS crashes with this logs!
