Some windows get incorrect default scale

The Blizz window manager applies default scale logic to various interface windows as part of its workflow. This is particularly noticable for very large panels, such as the new talent window. At lower resolutions/UI scales, the default scale applied to these windows is no longer "1".
When DeModal pulls these frames out of the window manager flow, this default scaling no longer gets applied, leading to windows being extremely large for the interface/viewport size.
