Can't move the mailbox from center of screen

Every single time I go to move the mailbox it just blacks out the entire mailbox and a /reload is needed to fix the issue. Regardless though, I still can't move the mailbox from the middle of my screen.
Fixed by turning off ElvUI skin for mailbox in ElvUI.
ElvUI --> Skins --> Mail Frame = Unchecked
Reload UI
This is also happening to me, I sort of got around it by disabling every addon and moving the mail box but the position didn't stay and the blackbox came back when I turned the addons back on.
