Cursor Hud ToolTip
This add-on was designed to help WoW players easily identify players, NPCs, objects, and items on mouseover, with HUD tooltips appearing directly from the cursor when the Shift key is pressed. Additionally, it also has the ability to quickly mark a friendly target.
This also sets the auto-compare when you mouse over the items.
How It Works:
- Shift + Mouse Over: Shows the HUD Tool Tip at the cursor.
- Shift + Left Mouse Click: Marks the target, including yourself, friendly players, and NPCs (cannot target party or raid frames). The symbol changes each time the left mouse button is clicked and comes with satisfying unique sound effects that can be heard by other players who have this addon.
- Shift + Right Mouse Click: Removes the symbol.
- Sound Alerts: Enjoy intuitive sound cues for each marker, ensuring you and your team stay informed without needing to check the screen constantly (all players must have this addon).
- Seamless Integration: EasyMarker works flawlessly in any setting—solo, party, or raid—allowing you to focus on what truly matters: the game.
In a Party or Raid:
- You can set raid markers on yourself, Mobs, NPCs, players, and objects under your mouse, but only if you have the ability to set raid markers (typically reserved for group leaders or players with assist).
Not in a Group (Solo Play):
- **Raid Markers**: You can still mark NPCs and players with raid markers
