The Evoker's essences bar disappears when loading this addon. The Evoker's essences bar will show after unchecking the Evoker essences option in Esc > Option > Addon > Edit Mode Expanded.

Try the Reset button, in the Expanded window during Edit Mode. It should move it to the bottom-left of the screen.
