ElvUI WoW Token Datatext

This is a simple ElvUI Plugin for displaying the current WoW Token price. ElvUI already shows this data if you hover over the "gold" data text. However, if you prefer to have this information front and center without the need for hovering, this plugin does exactly that.  Clicking on the data text will bring up the in-game shop.

How to Enable the ElvUI WoW Token Datatext Plugin

  1. Install the Plugin:
  • Download the ElvUI_WoWTokenDatatext addon and place it in your World of Warcraft\_retail_\Interface\AddOns directory.
  • Alternatively, you can install the addon directly via CurseForge.
    2. Restart WoW:
  • Restart World of Warcraft to load the new addon.
    3. Open ElvUI Settings:
  • In-game, open the ElvUI settings by typing /elvui in the chat.
    4. Navigate to DataTexts:
  • Go to the DataTexts section in the ElvUI settings and select Panels.
    5. Select a Panel:
  • Choose the panel where you want to display the WoW Token price.
    6. Enable the Plugin:
  • From the list of available DataTexts, select WoW Token Price.
  • Ensure the toggle option is set to "Enable".
    7. Save and Apply:
  • Save the settings and the WoW Token price will now be displayed in the selected DataText panel.


Now you can easily see the current WoW Token price at a glance without needing to hover over the "gold" data text.
