Describe the solution you'd like
All quests should always show up, when I log in and when I accept them.

Additional context
Every time I log in, there is nothing displayed in the Objectives block. Also, when I accept a new quest, it doesn't get displayed either.
I have to go into the quest journal/map and click every quest manually on the round number-button to make them show up. The problem is, that this also only works on quests that have such a button (dungeon quests for example do not have this).
