Bug description

In the attached screenshot you can see there is a 5% discrepancy between the Blizzard crit chance and the ECS display. There are no Warlock pets summoned and the only buff applied to the character is the Hellfire Superiority (+5% damage buff).

Removing +crit rating items, one at a time and then all of them, reduces the crit percentage accordingly, but always has the 5% discrepancy.

It does not appear to be taking into account the Demonic Tactics talent which increases melee and spell crit strike chance by 1% per point (5pts applied). This is the only talent applied that increases crit chance.
