Bug description

Holy Paladin Talent [Holy Power] is not being accounted (1% crit for holy spells per rank, 5% at 5/5) shows Holy crit chance as 12.98% when it is 17.98%.

Sorry for delay for screenshot, but you can see Holy is 5% higher on the character panel than it shows on ECS. Thanks man.
