Block and Block Value

Question
Apparently these are two separate stats. This item demonstrates that

But I believe ECS is showing "Block" under "Block Value". So you should probably separate these as two separate stats.
block chance is the block probability
block rating is the value used to calculate the block probability since TBC
block value relates to the blocked damage with the formula
blocked_damage=(block_value + strength/2)*block_coefficient

Looks like the formula is wrong, most likely a zero was forgotten (strength/20)
