Bug description

In Anniversary Hardcore (vanilla) there is a consistent issue with calculating Movement Speed and Druid Cat Form talent Feline Swiftness (+ 30% speed) and Prowl ability (stealth) (- 40% speed).
As i shift between caster form and cat form and stealth the character panel will show various numbers that are not correct.
The only way to get accurate Movement Speed number is to do /reload every time i change Caster/Cat form or enter/exit stealth (Prowl).
But as soon as i change anything about stealth or shape out/in the numbers become incorrect.

I noticed a similar issue with Shaman Ghost Wolf form (+40% move speed) on Anniversary PVE (softcore) realm.

I think I managed to fix the issue
