Not calculating the 3% hit chance given from Biznicks Accurascope in the last 2 versions

Hey @Rawtoast420 can you also check the hit bonus ECS shows in the "Ranged" section? In your screenshot you compare Ranged hit from Characterstatsclassic with the Melee hit from ECS.
