This is my Action Bar Replacer and UI, I've used it for years, and decided to upload it. It completely Replaces the Default Action Bars. I wrote everything from the ground up. It shouldn't have any compatibility issues. The Action Buttons are my own Custom Buttons. Let me know what you think.
