Double up of Garrison Broker Tooltip

Hi there, I have experienced an issue where the tooltip when applied to datatexts in Elvui seems to duplicate the tooltip. Any advice?

Further to this, it occurs on all GC- tooltips except GC-Cache

Upon further inspection, if you click the datatext and remain mouseover, the duplication disappears until the mouse is moved off
