Class quests are incorporated for necessary quests such as Rogue Poisons and Warrior Defensive Stance.
Part1_Draenei - Covers Draenei starting Area
Part1Star_DunMorogh - Covers Dwarf/Gnome starting area
Part1Star_Elwynn - Covers Human starting area
Part1Star_Teldrassil - Covers Night Elf Starting area
Part2Star_Darkshore - Generally starts at level 11+. You can start with this one if you are around level 10.
The guides with All Races cover everyone and begin around level 18 after Darkshore.
This guide skips a lot of dropped quest starters, but should you loot one, it will not mess up your place if you choose to do a quest not listed.
I recommend using Questie in addition and activating only the objective icons for Questie. This will help you locate kill/loot targets as you run around as the built in Guidelime arrow can show you only one spot.
I recommend keeping at least 2 water breathing potions on you if you are not a warlock or shaman.
