Describe the bug

Release assets missing since 3.0.09-Alpha.

This could be intentional or it could be related to an error in the build, I don't know.

I maintain a catalogue of wow addons hosted on Github and noticed GuildRecruiter disappeared between weekly refreshes. This happens when an addon doesn't have any release data to scrape.
