Guild Performance will be a performance tracking tool for guild leaders and officers. It will track all level 80s, there current gearscore, talent tree, average dps for boss fights, highest and lowest dps seen, average dps and last fight dps for each boss, number of boss kills, and maybe more. Will be able to share information between officers (certain guild rank and higher). More to come.
