GuildArtisan will automatically share your current trade skill progress among guildmates. It is specifically designed for the new legendary vessels for Shadowlands, so guildies can see who has progress in each recipe, and therefore knows who to ask for a specific armor piece, and also to coordinate what recipes to focus on.
GuildArtisan will record the progress you make on your characters, and share that progress with members of your guild who are also using GuildArtisan. To be effective, crafters in your guild will have to use this addon.
In order for GuildArtisan to know what you can craft, you must open your trade skill window (Leatherworking, Blacksmithing, Tailoring, etc.) at least once.
Opening the GuildArtisan window (with the minimap button or with the /ga toggle chat command) will show you the latest progress of the crafters in your guild who use GuildArtisan.
