For example:

Professions > tailoring > right side click the character who can do the craft you want > it now seems to filter both their professions rather than just say tailoring if you were looking at tailoring.

Seems to be a recent addition? I'm fairly certain before it filtered that characters' profession list to just the one you had selected.
