Announce on Guild Char when player reaches a new level
This addon also responds for a '!ding' command sent on Guild Chat, Party Chat or Private messages with the current XP and the percentage of the actual level.
Help Commands:
/gd status - print the level status for current character
/gd statusg - print the level status for current character on the GUILD chat
/gd statusp - print the level status for current character on the PARTY chat
