Hides the hotkey text on all action buttons (including the pet bar). Also hides the macro name text on all action buttons.

It automatically enables the first time you load it on a character, thus hiding the hotkey text.
- Adds a command /hotkeyhide to toggle hotkey text on and off. This setting gets saved per character. On by defualt.
