This is a Wow Classic addon and it is used by the Guild iddqd on the Dreadmist-EU Server
Guild members can see the loot priority in-game item tooltip.
Everyone in the raid is able to check the loot priority if they look at the tooptip when the item drops or distributed by the masterlooter.
